Accessibility Statement
Information about the website’s accessibility, the adjustments made and how to contact us about accessibility.
Last updated: 13 October 2026
Our commitment
We want the website to be accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, and work to align it with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.
Accessibility level
The website was built with the aim of meeting Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA.
An accessibility audit by a certified accessibility consultant has not yet been carried out [To confirm: audit before launch and update this section].
Adjustments made
- The English version is written left to right, with the correct language set on every page; the Hebrew version is available from every page.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a clear indication of the focused element.
- A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
- Alternative text for meaningful images.
- Text-to-background color contrast in line with the standard.
- The website respects the operating system’s “reduce motion” setting: animations are switched off and the 3D viewer loads only on request.
- Layouts adapted for mobile and for browser text zoom.
- Menus and interactive components are labeled for assistive technologies.
Partially accessible components
- The 3D viewer is supplied by an external provider and loads inside a frame. It may not be fully accessible. An image and a description of the piece are shown alongside it, with a button to show the image only.
- Some pages, such as the Product Experience page, are still in development; their accessibility will be reviewed when they are complete.
Physical accessibility
The service is provided remotely. There is no walk-in reception [To confirm].
